About

Richard Freestone is a fine art photographer and printmaker based in the UK. He has won many awards for his work particularly from the annual Garden Photographer Of The Year competition exhibited at the Royal Botanical Gardens Kew.
It is from the garden and the landscape that Richard takes his inspiration, with the resultant images being collected and displayed by private and business clients internationally.
While Richard embraced the digital revolution at the turn of the century, he never lost touch with his roots in analogue photography. As a result he is one of very few photographer/printmakers who can still master the hand crafted techniques of Platinum/Palladium and Salt Printing, as well as the more contemporary methods of Silver Gelatin and Digital printing.
